Horizon Tile & Carpet Southeast, Inc. was started in Clearwater, Florida, in 1980 by Gary Belcher. Today, the company is headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and is now owned and operated by Gary's son, Brad Belcher. Our company has been the leader in multifamily flooring installations for over four decades. We have assembled an excellent team of experienced project managers, estimators, crew leaders, supervisors, and installers.

Horizon Tile works for many owner-developers, and general contractors, installing over 5 million square feet of flooring in 15,000 units annually.
